How much is needed to feel the benefits?
Once opened: We recommend consuming 150 to 300 ml, 3 or 4 times per week. Here are our consumption guidelines:
-As an accompaniment to a meal (half portion of 150 ml).
-Between meals (half portion of 150 ml).
-As a substitute for lunch or dinner (300 ml portion).

What are the ingredients of Cooldo broths?
INGREDIENTS: Water, beef bones 22%, chicken carcasses 20%, ham bones 2.3%* (organic pork bones and sea salt), cider vinegar, ginger, sea salt, turmeric.
Cooldo broths are made with the highest quality raw materials: bones from animals raised outdoors in Spanish pastures, respecting their natural growth cycles, suckling, and grazing. They receive no hormonal or preventative antibiotic treatments. This is the key to guaranteeing exceptional flavor, color, and aroma.
We also add organic ginger and turmeric, which provide an incredible touch of flavor in addition to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Finally, and just as importantly, we use unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, an essential ingredient for extracting all the nutrients from the bones.
Our bone broth has a perfect balance between all its ingredients, with just the right touch of saltiness provided by sea salt and ham bone.
If you are not used to ginger or turmeric, you might be surprised by this unusual combination which gives our broth its unique character.
How to consume Cooldo broths?
Cooldo broths are ready to eat. Simply heat them to your preferred temperature: hot (but not too hot!) or lukewarm.
Our recipe doesn't contain any vegetables. If you find the flavor too strong, we recommend adding a squeeze of lemon juice, which also promotes collagen synthesis. Conversely, if you find it too bland or mild, the solution is simple: you can add a pinch of salt or season it with your favorite spices. Are there any contraindications to consuming bone broth?
Bone broth is recommended for everyone, at every stage of life. Thanks to its sterilization process, it is perfectly suited to the most sensitive people (pregnant women, convalescents, seniors, children from one year old).
Contraindications: Due to its preparation method, this product is high in histamine, like many other foods that have undergone prolonged cooking. Therefore, if you have an intolerance or are following a low-histamine diet, this broth may not be suitable for you.
Our recipe also contains small amounts of ginger and turmeric. If you have any doubts about consuming any of these ingredients, or if you suffer from a specific medical condition, we advise you to consult your doctor.
Does it contain any additives or preservatives?
No, Cooldo broths do not contain any additives or preservatives.
After 24 hours of cooking, we proceed with sterilization by heat treatment in order to eliminate microorganisms and spores that could develop at room temperature.
Following numerous laboratory tests, we can guarantee that this process does not alter the nutrients. You can therefore enjoy a flavorful, safe broth, rich in all its goodness.
